Love my fashion and Neiman Marcus represent fashion well. They have all the designers I have grown to love over the years and they run great promos as well

If you have an actual reason to go in this store I don't think we can be friends.

We only went to the store because of what was presented online. Once we got there, they didn't have any idea about the product line we were searching for

Walked into Neiman Marcus and this jacket caught my eye. It’s on my to do list, I’m saving my coins so I can purchase this jacket for my first public speaking engagement.

The 1 star is for Corporate decision to not honor the extension the representative put on my account. I called Neimsn Marcus In Circle about 3 weeks ago because I misplaced my gift card. The representative informed me that in a week my gift card would expire. I would have driven to the store to get a duplicate gift card but the representative told me that he would EXTEND the gift card, not to worry. So today I go to the store and the in-store customer service rep could not find my gift card, then she phoned someone and they said there is no gift card. I called Inner Circle rep and was told that about 10 days ago, Neiman Marcus Corp decided to cancel all extensions. The phone rep says the President or the Vice President will not change that. As a result I cancelled my card and my husband's card. It's apparent to so something like that is not being customer service friendly. You lost 2 customers!

First time to order online and pick up in-store. There was no one at customer service, so I rang the bell for gift wrapping. When the customer service lady came to help me she was the most unfriendly woman. I asked her if I could get my order gift wrapped, since it was a wedding gift. She acted completely perturb. Then, she called another lady over to gift wrap to help me and she tells me it will be $7.50 for gift wrapping? Really, it’s not a courtesy anymore? Nothing courteous about this store. Then she tells me I have to go back to the customer service counter to see the other lady again, first before gift wrapping. I said, no thank you, I’ll wrap it myself. The lady behind me made a comment to me also that we both felt the customer service was NOT friendly! Won’t be back!

Charles Whimper was kind and provided great customer service. Purchased two pair of shoes he also offered online order because shoes were not in stock.

The men's department in this store is excellent! It is very inviting and the service is top notch. Everyone was helpful and nice especially Jeff. He helped me with my return process on a belt after I received the wrong color. Highly recommend this place.

I was able to purchase the item and I didn’t receive an email saying that there was an error for this item. I called to check on the shipping and the customer service manager Carres said that it was an error. She did not offer any solution or help. They canceled my item without notifying me. I do not understand how your management team works. It was not my fault that your system has an error. I invested all my time to purchase this item and now it turned out to be canceled because the item was on sale. And they can’t do anything about it? They shouldn’t have advertised the discount if they can’t afford to sell it! This is my first time buying stuff from Newman Marcus and it will be also my last! They should have a better management and customer service team!

this review is for Zodiac. (the restaurant inside!) Zodiac is a great place to with girlfriends. They have the best popovers ever. The menu doesn't have much but i'd recommend the margarita flatbread!

Very nice high end store, Friendly and helpful!

We were actually just passing through here on our way to Nordstrom and of course I had to walk by the shoes and they were having a sale. Who doesn't love a designer shoe sale. A lady by the name of Jan D. helped me look for several pairs. Her customer service skills were extremely on pleasant. Very good at understanding sizing, fit and excellent at making suggestions based on what that particular customer is looking at. Very intuitive. I really enjoyed my shopping experience because of this lady. I ended up with three pairs of shoes, two of them on sale. Prada white ankle boots, Prada tennis shoes, and Brunello Cucinelli beautiful wedges. The wedges are just exquisite.I have to say, Neiman Marcus never disappoints with their chic boutique and excellent customer service. They always have a great shoe and purses collection which as you know, usually, any woman with a pulse, just loves. I am accustomed to much larger Neiman stores yet this is a good store, just smaller in scale.

I love love love this store! My husband always says my "best friends" are in this store. I just adore Tiffany in cosmetics and Jamie in ladies shoes. Wonderful shopping environment with really fabulous staff!

Have loved Neimans for years. Customer service, care from sales personnel and welcoming atmosphere not to mention quality merchandise keep me coming back. I have always been treated as a loved friend. And have always come home with fabulous purchases. And the Zodiac Room is phenomenal!!
